 Arrival in Solvang / Los Olivos Ride
Your cycling getaway begins in the Danish town of Solvang with first class accommodations at the Royal Scandinavian Inn, a favorite to visiting cyclists. Following introductions and bike-fitting, you’ll enjoy an afternoon ride through the heart of the valley to the quaint town of Los Olivos. Take in the sights of miniature horses, bountiful vineyards and apple tree farms along the way. Dinner recommendations available.
{day 2 (Saturday) }
Happy Canyon Loop
With your cycling legs back in shape, we will head off to the eastern edge of the Santa Ynez valley to explore breathtaking vistas of majestic mountain tops & oak-studded rolling hills along Happy Canyon Road. Sit back and enjoy a gourmet picnic lunch & wine tasting at Beckman Winery, while enjoying views of a beautiful duck pond and the surrounding vineyards. Afternoon riding will include a stop at a local apple stand and a lavender farm you won’t want to miss. Dinner recommendations available.
